At Happy Tails Doggy Daycare and Dog Walking, we strive to provide the highest quality care for your furry friends. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we have established the following refund policy:
Cancellations & Refunds

48-Hour Notice Required: Refunds are only offered for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. This includes daycare bookings and dog walking sessions.

No-Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your service with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected event or emergency, please contact us directly. Refunds or credits in these cases will be handled at our discretion.
Packages & Prepaid Services

Refunds on Unused Sessions: Packages or prepaid services are refundable for unused sessions only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of the next scheduled session.

Expiration: All prepaid packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
